Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that during new product launches or holidays, processing times may be longer.
- Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your order.
- Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
International Shipping
We are excited to offer worldwide shipping to select countries. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival.
- Customs & Duties: All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any fees incurred, nor do we have control over the amount of these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
- Processing Time: International orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
- Shipping & Tracking: We use a mix of reliable international carriers to get your order to you safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, though please note that tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
- Estimated Delivery: International delivery times can vary widely based on the destination and customs process, but they generally range from 7-21 business days.
General Shipping Information
- Order Status: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
