SHIPPING & PREORDER POLICY
Holiday Shipping
For domestic orders to arrive by December 24th, please place your order by Sunday, December 14th by 11:59 PM PT. All domestic holiday orders will ship via USPS Ground or UPS Ground.
For international orders, we cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas due to unknown customs processing times, which are unpredictable during the holiday season. However, we will do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible for the best chance of timely delivery.
Preorder Shipping
Preorder items will ship by the estimated date provided on the corresponding product page. Please note the following important guidelines regarding orders that contain preorder items:
- Combined Shipments: If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and will only ship once all preordered items become available.
- Split Shipments: If you wish to receive your in-stock items immediately, you must place two separate orders: one containing only the preorder items, and a second containing only the in-stock items.
Please review the estimated shipping date on the product page before finalizing your order.
Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that during new product launches or holidays, processing times may be longer.
- Shipping Rates: Flat rates are provided at checkout based on your location and items in your order.
- Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
International Shipping
We are excited to offer worldwide shipping to select countries. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival.
- Customs & Duties: All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any fees incurred, nor do we have control over the amount of these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
- Processing Time: International orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Rates: A flat rate is provided at checkout based on your location and items in your order.
- Shipping Carriers & Tracking: We use a mix of reliable international carriers to get your order to you safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, though please note that tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
- Estimated Delivery: International delivery times can vary widely based on the destination and customs process, but they generally range from 7-21 business days.
General Shipping Information
- Order Status: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@spaceoftime.co and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
