Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If you would like to ship outside of the US, please reach out to hello@spaceoftime.co to inquire about a custom quote and we would be happy to help.

For international orders, please note that Space of Time Studio is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may apply, and customers will be responsible for any such fees required after shipping.

How long will shipping take?

Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via ground and are usually received within 5–7 business days from shipping. If you are looking to expedite your order, please email us at hello@spaceoftime.co and we can see if we can help.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we are a small company, we cannot accept returns at this time. However, please reach out to us at hello@spaceoftime.co if you have any questions about any products prior to ordering, and we will be happy to help.

What happens if my objects arrive damaged?

If any items arrive damaged in your order, please send a photo of the damaged items to us at hello@spaceoftime.co and we will work on replacing the items or remedying the issue.

What happens if my shipment is lost?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. However, please reach out to us at hello@spaceoftime.co and we will try our best to help.

How do I place a bulk order?

For larger orders (of over 20 sets), we would be happy to work with you to accommodate stock, lead-time, and shipping considerations. Please email us at hello@spaceoftime.co with details of your order, including the product(s) you are interested in and preferred quantities.
